Terms owned by Shadowrun license or other cyberpunk properties?

I'm kicking around some ideas for a novel (this isn't new for me but maybe I'll actually finish this one) and planning on doing some cyber punk stuff with it. It occurred to me that some cyberpunk terminology might be trademarked and such. Things like "decker" and the like. Any thought on anything that might fall into that kind of category should I someday be able to charge some money for my story?
