Making a name for myself

Hey all, I'm in my final year of school in Ireland at the moment. I watched the DeepWeb documentary by Alex Winter when it was first released and I was in awe of the cryptocurrency world and crypto-anarchism and the philosophy behind it all, especially Cody Wilson and Amir Taaki. I made money with BTC back when it was around 700 per coin but I blew away all my money as I was around the wrong kind of people. I am looking to get into the crypto community, possibly make a name for myself and (I know this is a stretch but aim for the moon and you'll land among the stars) hopeful become the next Vitalik Buterin or Amir Taaki. Yes I would like to make money but more importantly I want to make a name for myself and become successful. I am a highly driven individual (only turned 18 in sept this year) with a love for maths. I have recently started to learn python and going to learn other languages as a hobby to have an outlet from my studies. I am simply asking for advice on where to start, what to learn, how to go about making a name for myself and/or any beginner projects to do or future project ideas.
