What are the chances of Disney becoming a megacorporation?

I've been thinking about this ever since the Disney+Fox merger.Here is what Disney currently owns (incl. partial ownership)Vice Media, Pixar, Fox, Lucasfilm, Marvel, ABC, ESPN, Lifetime, History Channel, Maker Studios, HULU.Now the franchises:The Simpsons, Family Guy, MCU, Star Wars, X-Men, Aliens, Avatar.There's obviously more. But the post would become too long.Disney in 2017 have a market share of 21% of Hollywood's box office. With the Fox merger, their 2017 share totals 33%.I'm just throwing this out there because I'm currently writing a sci-fi film that depicts a relatively neutral portrayal of megacorporations.What are the possibilities of a Disney state or Disney-run city with their own laws/government in years to come?Imagine Disney World branches out into an actual recognised jurisdiction.
